Data Deletion Policy

Effective September 11, 2026 · Last updated September 11, 2026

You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time. This page tells you exactly how to do it, what gets deleted, what we are legally required to keep, and how long the whole thing takes.

1. Your right to deletion

You can ask Adsora LLC to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time, for any reason. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not charge you or treat you differently for asking.

This page explains exactly how to make that request, what we delete, what we may be legally required to keep, and how long it takes.

2. How to request deletion

By email — the fastest route

Send an email to team@adsora.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”

To help us find your records and confirm the request is really yours, please include:

If you came to us through Facebook or Instagram

If you interacted with an Adsora ad, lead form, or page on Meta’s platforms and want the data associated with that interaction deleted, email team@adsora.com using the same instructions above and mention Facebook or Instagram in your message. We will locate the records tied to that submission and delete them on the timeline described in Section 5.

You can also remove Adsora’s access from Meta’s side at any time: in Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select Adsora, and choose Remove. Removing the app on Meta stops future data flowing to us, but it does not by itself delete records we already hold — email us to have those deleted.

3. Verifying your request

Before we delete anything, we confirm the request came from you. We do this by matching the details in your request against the information already in our records. We may email or text the address or number on file to confirm.

We will never ask you for a password, a government ID number, or payment details in order to process a deletion request. If we cannot verify your identity from the information you give us, we will tell you what else we need rather than silently declining.

An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorization.

4. What we delete

On a verified request, we delete the personal information we hold about you, including:

Contractor partners hold their own copy

Please read this part

If your inquiry was already delivered to a contractor partner, that company holds its own independent copy of your information in its own systems. Deleting your data at Adsora does not delete it at that company.

Tell us in your request that you want the partner identified, and we will tell you which company received your inquiry and how to reach them, so you can make the same request directly. We will also pass your deletion request along to them, though we cannot compel a separate business to act on it.

5. How long it takes

6. What we may keep

A small set of records may be retained after deletion, only where the law requires it or a legal obligation depends on it:

We will tell you specifically if anything in this category applies to your request, and why.

7. Deletion is permanent

Once deleted, your information cannot be recovered. If you later submit a new inquiry through one of our forms or brands, that will create a new record, and this policy will apply to it afresh.

8. If we decline a request

We will only decline a deletion request if we cannot verify your identity, if the request is made by someone without authority to act for you, or if an exception in Section 6 applies. If we decline, we will tell you in writing which reason applies and what you can do next.

9. Questions or complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handled your request, reply to our response and ask for it to be escalated. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your state attorney general or data protection authority.
