This policy explains what information Adsora collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it plainly, because the most important part — that we deliver your inquiry to a contractor partner — should not be buried.
Adsora LLC (“Adsora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a lead-generation company headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. We generate and deliver exclusive home-improvement leads to contractor partners on a pay-per-lead basis.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information through adsora.com, the lead-generation brands and landing pages we own and operate (including UnitedRenewals.com), and the advertising campaigns we run (collectively, the “Services”).
This policy covers two distinct groups of people, and the way we handle data differs for each:
When a homeowner submits a request through one of our forms or landing pages, we typically collect:
When a contractor applies to partner with us through our qualification form, we collect name, business email, phone number, company website, role, annual revenue range, and information about the company’s sales structure.
To verify and qualify leads before delivery, we may supplement submitted information with data from third-party validation and enrichment providers — for example, phone-number validation, address and property-type verification, home-value estimates, and fraud or duplicate screening. We also receive campaign and audience data from advertising platforms.
Our core business is delivering consumer inquiries to contractor partners. If you submit a request through one of our forms or brands, we will share your information with a contractor partner so they can contact you. That is the purpose of the form, and it is what your consent authorizes.
Under certain state privacy laws — including the California Consumer Privacy Act — this kind of transfer may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, even though we deliver each lead to a single partner and do not resell it to multiple buyers. See Section 9 for how to opt out.
We share personal information with:
We do not sell personal information to data brokers, and we do not purchase leads from third-party publishers.
We and our advertising partners use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and server-side tracking to understand how our campaigns perform and to show relevant ads. This includes the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Ads and Analytics tags, and the TikTok Pixel.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. You can also limit interest-based advertising through the platforms directly — for example, through your Meta ad preferences, Google Ad Settings, or your device’s advertising identifier controls. Disabling cookies may affect how our sites function.
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to it, we do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as opt-out requests where required by law.
When you submit a form on one of our sites and check the consent box, you are providing express written consent for Adsora and the matched contractor partner to contact you at the phone number you provided — including by automated telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, and SMS text message — about the service you requested. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
Each submission is documented with a TrustedForm certificate recording the consent you gave.
You can revoke consent at any time: reply STOP to any text message, ask the caller to place you on their internal do-not-call list, or email team@adsora.com. Revoking consent with Adsora does not automatically revoke it with a contractor partner who has already received your information — contact that company directly as well.
We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Consent records and TrustedForm certificates are retained for at least five years to meet TCPA recordkeeping obligations. Lead records are generally retained for the life of the partner relationship plus any period required for billing, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you may be retained indefinitely.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
To exercise a right, email team@adsora.com with the details of your request. We will verify your identity before acting, typically by confirming information you already provided to us. We respond within 45 days and may extend once by another 45 days where permitted, and we will tell you if we need the extension.
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, with proof of authorization.
Nevada residents. Nevada law gives you the right to direct us not to sell certain covered personal information. Send that request to team@adsora.com.
To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — including delivery of your inquiry to a contractor partner — email team@adsora.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share” and include the name, email, and phone number you submitted.
Please note: if you opt out, we generally cannot complete the request you submitted, because delivering it to a contractor is how the request gets fulfilled.
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls on the systems that store lead data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our Services are directed to adults and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, email team@adsora.com and we will delete it.
Our Services link to sites we do not control, including contractor partner websites and the booking and calendar tools we use. This policy does not apply to those sites. Review their privacy policies before providing information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be made prominent on this page. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
