Cancellation Policy

At Adsora LLC, we value transparency and flexibility in our partnerships. This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions for terminating service agreements with Adsora.

Cancellation Terms

  1. Cancellation Notice:

    • You may cancel your agreement with Adsora by providing a 14-day written notice via email to aa@adsora.com.

    • Cancellations become effective 14 calendar days after written notice is received unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  2. Immediate Cancellation:

    • Immediate cancellations may be requested in cases of:

      • Breach of agreement by Adsora.

      • Mutual agreement between both parties, either verbally or in writing.

    • Adsora reserves the right to cancel services immediately if the client violates the agreement, including non-payment or unauthorized modifications to campaigns or content.

  3. Trial Period Cancellation:

    • During the initial 2-month trial period, you may terminate services at any time with a 14-day written notice.


Fees Upon Cancellation

  1. Services Rendered:

    • You will be billed for all services rendered up until the effective cancellation date.

    • Deliverables provided during the notice period remain chargeable and will not be refunded unless otherwise specified in Adsora's refund policy.

  2. Third-Party Costs:

    • Any third-party costs incurred by Adsora on your behalf, such as ad spend or software fees, will remain your responsibility and are non-refundable.

  3. Ongoing Subscription Charges:

    • Monthly charges for services are non-refundable if cancellation occurs after the monthly billing cycle has begun. Prorated refunds may be provided only at Adsora's discretion.


Cancellation Process

  1. Submitting a Cancellation Request:

    • To cancel your agreement, send an email to support@adsora.com with the subject line “Service Cancellation Request.”

    • Include your name, company details, and reasons for cancellation.

  2. Acknowledgment of Cancellation:

    • Adsora will confirm receipt of your cancellation request within 3 business days and provide details about the final billing and the termination date.

  3. Final Deliverables:

    • Upon cancellation, Adsora will provide any deliverables completed up to the termination date, provided all outstanding invoices have been paid.


Post-Cancellation Terms

  1. Data and Access:

    • Upon termination, Adsora will revoke access to all Adsora-provided tools, platforms, and materials.

    • It is your responsibility to save or back up any data or content prior to the termination date.

  2. Intellectual Property:

    • All intellectual property created by Adsora during the service period remains yours, as outlined in the service agreement.

  3. Reactivation:

    • If you wish to reactivate services after cancellation, a new agreement must be signed, and onboarding fees may apply.
