  • Physical Products: Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Digital Products: Refunds for digital products are only available if the product is defective or not as described. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Services: Refunds for services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the service.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Return the Product: Send the product back to us within 14 days of receiving the RAN. Include the RAN and original receipt in the package.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund for Shipping Errors: If you received the wrong item or a defective product due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Refund Processing

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after the processing time:
