Refund Policy

At Adsora LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality advertising services, including Facebook ad management, creative strategy, CRO audits, and performance reporting. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

Refund Eligibility

  1. Service Initiation Delay:

    • If Adsora fails to commence services within the agreed-upon timeframe due to reasons solely attributable to Adsora, you may request a full refund for the initial payment.

  2. Cancellation Within Trial Period:

    • You may terminate the agreement within the 2-month trial period as specified in the service agreement. Refunds will be prorated based on unused time/services.

  3. Breach of Agreement:

    • If Adsora does not fulfill the services as outlined in the service agreement and cannot resolve the issue within 14 days of notification, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

  4. Mutual Agreement:

    • Refunds may be issued if both parties agree to terminate the agreement prior to the completion of the service period.

  5. Exclusions:

    • Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction due to subjective results, such as perceived ad performance, if services were executed in line with agreed-upon strategies and deliverables.

    • Refunds are not applicable for changes requested by the client that deviate from the original agreed scope of work.


Refund Process

  1. Refund Request Submission:

    • To request a refund, you must provide written notice via email to aa@adsora.com with detailed reasons and evidence for the request.

  2. Review Period:

    • Refund requests will be reviewed within 14 business days. Adsora may request additional documentation or clarification during this period.

  3. Resolution:

    • If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  4. Disputes:

    • If no resolution is reached, either party may proceed to mediation or arbitration as outlined in the service agreement.


Non-Refundable Fees

  1. Third-Party Costs:

    • Any expenses incurred on your behalf for third-party tools or platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads spend, Sparkloop optimizations) are non-refundable.

  2. Partial Deliverables:

    • Deliverables already approved or services rendered (e.g., ad creatives, market research, audits) are non-refundable.

  3. Taxes and Fees:

    • Any taxes, tariffs, or fees paid during the service period are non-refundable.
