How to use this comparison
Adsora sells exclusive home-services leads, so this is a supplier-written buying guide. The company descriptions below come from public product pages reviewed on September 19, 2026. We have not run a controlled performance test of these providers. Their advertised products help you select a conversation; your written proposal and pilot determine whether a program fits.
Start with three decisions: which projects you install, which team contacts the homeowner, and which system accepts the purchase. A national window brand buying through an existing endpoint has different requirements from a local remodeler who needs help creating ads and booking visits. Asking both buyers to choose from one numbered ranking hides those differences.
A shortlist for leads, calls and appointments
| Company | Public offer to examine | Question for your buying brief |
|---|---|---|
| Modernize | Home-improvement leads, calls and branded programs | Which product and distribution terms apply to this proposal? |
| HomeBuddy | Exclusive homeowner leads and appointment services | Which capture sources, qualification steps and scheduling duties are included? |
| PX | Lead marketplace, buying technology and managed services | Are we contracting with a source, using marketplace supply, or adding buying software? |
| 33 Mile Radius | Trade-specific lead pages with inbound call routing | Which call qualifies for billing, and what happens if our queue cannot answer? |
| Service Direct | Pay-per-call marketplace with an enterprise path | How do bids, receiving numbers and branch-level availability work together? |
| Contractor Appointments | Raw leads and appointment products with result-based arrangements | Exactly which issued, demo or sale event creates the charge? |
| Angi | Homeowner leads and Opportunities with account-specific billing | What triggers a fee in our account, including optional Opportunities? |
| HomeGuru | Home-improvement leads with buyer-selected pricing | How does our price affect available delivery in the approved territories? |
Request a proposal for the same project scope from each shortlisted company. Compare the accepted inquiry, the distribution rules and the next step your team must complete. Do not treat a scheduled appointment and a web form as equivalent inventory because both appear under a lead-generation heading.
A public logo or broad national claim does not establish availability for your ZIP list. Ask for the proposed launch markets and limits. Mark unconfirmed integrations, exclusivity terms and volume as open questions until the supplier answers them in writing.

Include a branded-campaign option when ownership matters
Minyona describes campaigns that run through the contractor's advertising account. Service Allies describes managing Facebook campaigns on the contractor's behalf, with lead-management and CRM handoff options. These offers deserve a separate line in your comparison because account access, creative approval and campaign ownership become part of the purchase.
Ask who pays the advertising platform, who owns the account and landing pages, and what you retain when the agreement ends. Add setup, management and other applicable charges to the comparison. A stated price per lead may describe only one part of the arrangement.
99 Calls also has individual trade pages that make it easy to enter through a specific service. Use that detail when requesting a quote: installation versus repair, service area and the billable contact event should appear alongside the commercial terms. Treat promotional prices as a prompt to request current account-specific terms.

A homeowner discovery platform is another buying path
Houzz Pro promotes remodeling leads to professionals, and Thumbtack has a separate entry point for pros. Review how a homeowner selects or contacts your business and what your profile contributes to that process. Your team may need to maintain photos, service descriptions and response coverage as part of making the channel work.
Keep those responsibilities visible beside an automated source purchase. If central procurement wants every inquiry in one queue, ask for a demonstration using the actual account type under consideration. A generic promise of CRM access does not establish the fields, timing or purchase acknowledgment your program needs.

Take three finalists through the same evidence review
Choose a manageable shortlist. Give each provider the same trade, project exclusions, ZIP file, required fields, receiving hours and purchase limit. Request a sample record and an explanation of how acceptance, duplicate checks, credits and pauses work. If you buy through ping/post, include the source ID, bid reference and final purchase response in that review.
Ask to inspect an example of the homeowner-facing offer before launch. Record who operates the page and which parties participate in supplying the inquiry. A source description, a sample capture page and the record delivered to your CRM should tell a consistent story.
During the pilot, track delivery and sales stages separately. Compare similar trades and branches, allow the records time to progress, and review pending work alongside completed outcomes. An attractive rate card is a starting point for that test.
Adsora belongs on a shortlist when you want to discuss exclusive home-services inquiries and can specify your buying requirements. Send the team your markets, product filters and receiving setup. Confirm the agreed delivery method and available supply before committing to a launch.
