A lead specification defines what is sold. Acceptance confirms delivery under the agreed rules. Contact and appointment outcomes happen afterward. Keep these stages separate so source reviews lead to specific improvements.
Agree the qualification before launch
Home-services programs differ by product and market. State the accepted project types, required homeowner and property information, geographic rules and minimum scope. Confirm which fields are captured and which checks are performed for the actual campaign.
Do not treat unknown information as a positive qualification. If an answer is required for purchase, the source and buyer need an agreed response when it is missing.
| Check | Question to settle |
|---|---|
| Project | Does the inquiry concern the service and scope being purchased? |
| Geography | Does the installation address fall inside approved coverage? |
| Contact | Are the required contact fields present and in the agreed format? |
| Duplicates | Has this inquiry already been accepted under the agreed rule? |
| Source evidence | Are the required source and capture records available? |
| Delivery | Did the buyer return the agreed final acceptance? |
Know what exclusivity covers
Adsora’s exclusive lead offer means Adsora delivers a purchased lead to one buyer and does not resell it to competing contractors. It is not a promise that the homeowner has never submitted a separate request to another company.
If a buyer also wants territory protection, define the vertical, geography and term separately. Per-lead exclusivity and a market arrangement answer different questions.
Write the duplicate rule down
Decide which identifiers are used to match a record, how long the lookback lasts and whether the check includes other sources or existing customers. A repeated source ID and a homeowner making a new project request are not automatically the same situation.
Clarify how phone and email formatting, multiple properties and branch transfers affect the match. Use the buyer’s agreed policy instead of silently guessing at a universal definition.
Separate a quality review from a sales disposition
A wrong-market record or a project excluded by the specification gives both teams something objective to inspect. A no-answer outcome describes an attempt to make contact. The commercial agreement determines which issues qualify for a credit.
For a review, use the lead ID, reason and supporting evidence rather than forwarding personal information through an unstructured message. Agree the dispute window, review process and credit treatment before launch.
- Identify the original lead and delivery time.
- Use the agreed reason category.
- Provide the evidence needed to compare it with the specification.
- Track the review outcome separately from the sales outcome.
Use feedback to change a rule or a handoff
Review recurring mismatches by project type and market. A vague quality complaint does not tell a campaign team what to adjust. A repeated unsupported project value, branch assignment error or out-of-area pattern does.
Keep a record of specification changes and their effective dates. That makes it possible to distinguish leads generated under the old rules from leads delivered after a correction.
Before we get started.
Are all no-answer leads credited?
Credit eligibility depends on the agreed terms. An unanswered attempt is not automatically a qualification mismatch. Confirm the rules before buying.
Where can I see the source and consent requirements?
The lead sourcing page explains the records to review. Your actual campaign and contact workflow determine the requirements agreed during onboarding.
Does a lead mean an appointment is already booked?
No. An exclusive web inquiry and a booked appointment are separate products. The purchased product must be defined in the program terms.
