Adsora runs paid acquisition for exclusive home-services lead programs. During onboarding, review the campaign’s actual capture path and required evidence rather than relying on a brand name or a general traffic label.
Review the page where the homeowner submits
A consumer article and a lead-capture form play different roles. A buyer evaluating a source needs the actual form experience, the offer shown there and the fields captured for the campaign. Follow the path through any intermediate pages so the buying team understands the homeowner’s context.
Adsora operates United Renewals as a consumer home-improvement brand. Campaign supply and capture paths are reviewed separately; an owned brand name by itself does not establish where a particular lead was submitted.
Agree on the source information your team needs
Keep the lead ID, capture timestamp and agreed campaign identifiers with the delivery record. Identify which page or source fields are available to the buyer and how they are supplied. This lets an operations team investigate a specific inquiry rather than relying on an aggregate traffic description.
If the offer, source page or qualification changes, the buyer and campaign team need a way to review that change. Record the effective date so later questions can be evaluated against the experience in place at capture.
Review the consent evidence in context
TrustedForm certificates are part of Adsora’s published lead offer. Confirm the required certificate field, availability and retention arrangement for your campaign. Review the disclosure shown to the homeowner and the relationship between the evidence and the delivered contact record.
A certificate documents a capture event; it does not replace the buyer’s responsibility to determine requirements for its contact methods and use of the data. The responsible teams should agree those requirements before launch.
Bring specific evidence requirements to onboarding
Use the vendor checklist to organize the discussion. Share non-sensitive requirements in the buyer form; actual homeowner records and credentials belong in the secure onboarding process.
- Representative capture page and homeowner offer.
- Required project and contact fields.
- Capture timestamp and source identifiers.
- Consent text and associated evidence record.
- Retention and access requirements.
- Process for reviewing a source change or a consumer inquiry.
Before we get started.
Does an owned consumer site prove the origin of every lead?
No. The capture path for the actual campaign must be reviewed. A resource site may direct a homeowner onward, so the buyer needs to understand where the form submission occurs.
Can I request source documentation before a pilot?
Include your documentation requirements in the program brief so they can be reviewed before launch. Confirm the records available for the actual campaign.
