A replacement-roof program needs more than a roofing label.

Write down the work your crews will take before opening a roofing campaign. A broad roofing category can include requests your sales team cannot serve.

Separate replacement, repair and inspection requests

Ask the source how the homeowner describes the project and how that answer becomes a delivered value. A request to fix a leak is not automatically a replacement request. An inspection request may require another conversation before anyone knows the scope. Keep those categories separate if the buying program treats them differently.

Do not have the source convert an ambiguous answer into replacement to satisfy an acceptance rule. Agree on an unknown or needs-review value, or exclude that group from the pilot. Your sales team can then see which project details were stated by the homeowner and which remain unconfirmed.

Match the property to the installation team

Define residential, multifamily and commercial eligibility using your actual operations. Clarify whether property managers or authorized representatives are accepted alongside homeowners. If roof material, building type or access constraints affect fit, decide which details must be collected before delivery and which the team can establish during qualification.

Keep service ZIPs tied to the responsible branch. A national brand may have a roofing crew in one market and only other trades in the next. Avoid accepting on a state-wide label if the installation footprint is narrower.

Use a roofing-specific buying sheet

Claim-related inquiryWhether and how this category belongs in the program

Treat claim-related information carefully. A homeowner’s statement about an insurance claim is not proof of coverage, payment or approved work. Do not use a lead label to promise any of those outcomes. Decide which information your team needs to route the inquiry and leave coverage decisions to the responsible parties.

Compare the source offer with the accepted scope

Review the ad and capture page for the approved campaign. If the offer emphasizes emergency repairs but the buyer accepts planned replacement work, a delivery filter alone may leave too many mismatched inquiries. Resolve the offer and qualification questions with the source before increasing volume.

Ask how the page handles people who are unsure whether they need repair or replacement. Your buying definition should reflect the answer available at capture. Do not require the source to make a technical roof diagnosis from a short form.

Read roofing pilot results by project category

Track requested work, territory and branch alongside contact and appointment stages. Review mismatch reasons separately from no-answer outcomes. When a homeowner clarifies the project during a call, preserve both the original request and the new information rather than overwriting the capture record.

Use those records to decide whether to narrow filters, clarify the source question or add an accepted project category. Send Adsora your replacement and repair rules, property scope, ZIP list and receiving setup to discuss a roofing lead program.
