What a home-services lead costs, and what a closed job costs.

Quick answer

Exclusive Adsora leads typically cost $50–120 per lead, with one buyer per lead. There is no long-term contract and no minimum purchase. Cost per acquisition is the lead spend divided by jobs closed. A 7-day credit covers a duplicate, a bad phone, an out-of-area ZIP, or fraud. The offer is for established companies with sales teams.

A cost per lead is the price of an inquiry. A cost per acquisition is that spend divided by the jobs you close. The second number is the one a sales team can compare.

Pricing
Exclusive leads typically cost $50–120 per lead, for bathroom, windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and flooring.
Exclusivity
One buyer per lead. A purchased lead is delivered to one buyer, and Adsora does not resell it to competing contractors. A homeowner may still request quotes from other companies. Adsora does not promise territory exclusivity.
Contract
Adsora uses a service agreement with no long-term contract and no required minimum purchase. You pay per lead, with no retainer, no setup fee, and no ad-spend markup unless an order form says otherwise.
Credits
A credit may be requested within 7 days of delivery for a duplicate, a disconnected or invalid phone number, a lead outside the agreed ZIP codes, or a plainly fraudulent or fabricated lead. A lead is not creditable only because the homeowner did not answer, book, decline a quote, or buy.
Who it’s for
There is no minimum order. Adsora works best with established companies that have a sales team.
Volume
Adsora generates 300K+ leads a year.

What does an exclusive lead cost in each trade?

Adsora does not publish a different rate card for each trade. The published range for an exclusive lead is $50–120. The table uses that range for every row. A row with a program page is a lead program you can read now. Solar, HVAC, and walk-in tubs are included because buyers ask about them. They are not separate published programs, and a price in the range is not a promise that supply is open.

Flooring is a published program even though it sits outside the eight trades in the question above. It uses the same range.

How does a cost per lead become a cost per acquisition?

Close rate is jobs closed divided by leads purchased. Cost per acquisition is lead spend divided by jobs closed. Lead spend is leads purchased times the cost per lead. Dividing the cost per lead by the close rate gives the same cost per acquisition.

Here is a hypothetical, not an Adsora result. A team buys 100 leads at $80 each. Lead spend is $8,000. If 10 jobs close, the close rate is 10 percent and the cost per acquisition is $800. If 20 jobs close, the close rate is 20 percent and the cost per acquisition is $400. The lead price did not change. The close rate did.

The same arithmetic works for ads. If the media spend is $8,000 and 10 jobs close, the cost per acquisition is also $800. A cheaper click is not a cheaper job until you divide by the jobs that close. Keep labor, commissions, and approved credits out of the comparison, or include them on both sides.

Do not use 300K+ leads a year as a close rate. That figure is Adsora’s annual lead volume, not the share of leads a buyer will sell.

Estimate cost per acquisition

Use your own lead price, lead count, and closed jobs. This does not use Adsora’s results, and it leaves out labor, commissions, and credits.

Enter a cost per lead, the leads purchased, and the jobs closed.

Close rate = jobs closed ÷ leads purchased. Cost per acquisition = (leads purchased × cost per lead) ÷ jobs closed. That equals cost per lead ÷ close rate.

Questions buyers ask

Before we get started.

How much do exclusive Adsora leads cost?

Exclusive leads typically cost $50–120 per lead, including roofing, bath, windows, siding, gutters, and flooring. Solar, HVAC, and walk-in tubs use that range only when a program is available.

How do I calculate cost per acquisition from cost per lead?

Divide the lead spend by the jobs closed. Lead spend is the number of leads times the cost per lead. Equivalently, divide the cost per lead by the close rate. Close rate is jobs closed divided by leads purchased.

Is there a minimum purchase or a long-term contract?

No. Adsora uses a service agreement with no long-term contract and no minimum purchase. The offer is aimed at established companies with sales teams.

Which leads can be credited?

A credit may be requested within 7 days of delivery for a duplicate, a disconnected or invalid phone number, a lead outside the agreed ZIP codes, or a plainly fraudulent or fabricated lead. A homeowner who does not answer or does not buy is not, by itself, a credit.
